Mailbox Monday: November 15

Mailbox Monday is the gathering place for readers to share the books that came into their house last week. (Checked out library books don’t count, but eBooks & audio books do). Warning: Mailbox Monday can lead to envy, toppling TBR piles and humongous wish lists!

Mailbox Monday, created by Marcia at The Printed Page,
is on a blog tour! This month's host is Knitting and Sundries.
(Next month's host is Me!!)

And One Wore GrayTreated myself to the sequel to One Wore Blue, one of Heather Graham's earlier historical romances that I read over the summer and really enjoyed. Read my review here.

When He Was Wicked (Bridgerton Family Series)Picked this one up for 50-cents at the library. I read that Julia Quinn believes that smart women read romance and they deserve to read smart romance. I think she's very talented and I've not been disappointed in anything I've read, but I'd really like to see her branch out into something beyond regency romance!

Child of the Northern Spring: Book One of the Guinevere TrilogyFree NookBook! First in a trilogy about Guinevere, first published in 1987.

ARC from Knopf/Random House to be published April 2011. A snowy winter's night. Three small children are chased from their home by the forces of a merciless darkness. Ten years later, Kate, Michael, and Emma are no closer to the truth about what separated their family. The answer lies with an enchanted atlas. The Emerald Atlas is the first stage of a journey that will take them to strange, dangerous lands and deep within themselves. It is the story of three children who set out to save their family, and end up having to save the world.

  6. Hey! Where'd YOU get the cover for The Emerald Atlas?!?! I searched high and low and couldn't find it, and since my camera is on the fritz, I had to use a generic cover! (But this one DOES seem like it will be a great read!)

Child of the Northern Spring is definitely on my wishlist - a King Arthur tale told from Guinevere's point of view? What's not to love?

Enjoy all of the new reads!
