This week my teaser comes from Hunger, which I downloaded from NetGalley. This book has an interesting premise: How will an anorexic seventeen-year-old girl from the suburbs fare as Famine, one of the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse? And as I am just starting this book, this is a true teaser for both you and me. From page 8:
Lisa just didn't want to leave a mess. Even if she had overdosed, as she had originally planned, she would have died neatly in her own bed. Lisa tried her best to be considerate.
Great teaser!! I also downloaded Hunger! I haven't read it yet so I am curious to see what you think of it.
